付款方式

  • LLAGUT使用簡單且安全的Stripe 線上刷卡系統。
  • Stripe十分安全便利,所有重要資訊不經過賣方,以保障個人資料。
  • 網站商品皆以新台幣計價,系統將自動轉換成你使用的貨幣。
  • 國際以及台灣信用卡付款,發卡銀行或許會要求支付海外交易手續費。

訂單

  • 我們很開心收到你的訂單,下單後你會先收到我們的訂單確認信。
  • 請給我們2個工作天準備你購買的商品並寄出。
  • 請於備註欄留下你的行動電話號碼,以方便貨運聯絡。

運送

  • 好消息,寄送到台灣包含離島都是免運費的。我們使用郵局的寄送服務。
  • 很抱歉,台灣以外地區寄送需要運費。運費在購買時會自動算入,請正確填寫你的寄送地址以及電話號碼。

退換貨

  • 任何退換貨請先以email 通知我們。
  • 所有貨品出貨時都會詳細檢查及包裝,以確認產品無瑕疵。
  • 我們接受出貨日期10天內,全新未使用的退換貨。
  • 退換貨請寄回完整原包裝及收據。
  • 請以有保障且可查詢的方式寄送退換貨品,貨物寄送時遺失或毀損恕不負責。
  • 退換貨運費及其他費用必須由買方負擔。
  • 退換貨將在我們收到完整貨品十個工作天內處理。
  • 退貨金額將以原先購買的付款方式退還。

1. Payment

  • We process all payments through Stripe’s credit card gateway because it’s safe and fast, and we love that.
  • Stripe payments are convenient, immediate, traceable and safe (your sensitive financial information and credit card number are never shared with us).
  • All our prices are in Euro (EUR). Our credit card gateway will automatically convert them into your currency.
  • Credit card payments processed for both Taiwan and overseas clients, may be subject to an overseas transaction fee charged by your credit card company or bank.

2. Order

  • Once we get your order, we will first jump for joy, send you a confirmation email and start preparing your goods.
  • Please allow 2 business days for us to get everything ready and dispatch your goods.
  • Please provide us your cell phone number at the checkout page. It makes delivery easier.

3. Shipping

  • Good news! FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on bags, shoes and two or more small leather goods.
  • International orders may incur custom duties or local taxes and you are responsible for duties incurred upon delivery.
  • We don’t want your goods to get to someone else. Please check your order and make sure there are no mistakes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

4. Return

  • In case you want to return or exchange any good, please send us an email first to contact@llagutgoods.com.
  • We accept returns or exchanges on undamaged and unused items within 10 days of delivery date.
  • Please remember that returns must include original receipts, tags and original packaging.
  • We don’t want your goods to get lost upon delivery, neither upon return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping service to send any return, since we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods incurred upon return shipping.
  • Free worldwide shipping does not apply for shipping nor insurance fees on returned goods. Transaction fees cannot be refunded.
  • We will process your return within 10 days upon we receive the returned goods.
  • Your refund will be processed in the form in which payment was received, as easy as that.
